And rightfully so. Throughout pregnancy and postpartum, sleep is often the most coveted part of the day by both parents and infants alike.
With my experience as a nap teacher in Montessori and Waldorf infant and early childhood settings, extensive overnight infant care up to six months old, and training in the Happy Sleeper Method and intuitive sleep, I am now pleased to be offering Sleep Consultations.
Together in an hour-long meeting either in person or via facetime/zoom, we discuss all of your sleep-related questions and various approaches to newborn and infant sleep. We then develop a plan that feels optimal for your family to ensure everyone is experiencing as much safe and sound sleep as possible.
